- Upload copy of a current 3 bureau Credit Report with scores for each principle who will be included in the application.
- The credit report cannot be older than 15 days to be accepted as current.
- Providing a copy of your up to date credit report prevents excessive inquiries during the lender sourcing and qualifying process.
- Our preferred credit report provider is MyFico.com. Please note that Myfico has a fee of $39.95 a month and comes with a monitoring service.
- We recommend keeping this active until all of your funding goals are achieved then you may cancel at anytime.
- To ensure accuracy of the report, it must be obtained from our preferred provider or one of the approved providers listed below.
- CREDIT KARMA AND OTHER FREE CREDIT SITE REPORTS ARE NOT EXCEPTED! Reports and Scores are NOT ACCURATE and/or up to date.
